Nichole Crites is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE), the highest designation in the healthcare industry.

Nichole has received numerous recognitions and accolades throughout her academic and professional career, including recognition for Outstanding Work in Leadership Studies, Extraordinary Leader by MGMA, and the Mary Avis Todd Award for Outstanding Work in Community Studies. 

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, physician marketing, strategic planning, human resources, and revenue cycle management, Nichole has an entire toolkit of tactics that prove effective in structuring successful management programs. Her first-hand experience in the field provides a unique perspective, which she readily shares with her clients.

While attending classes at The University of Alabama, Nichole dedicated over 30 hours of learning towards a concentrated focus in leadership studies. Today, she uses that specialized training when working with organizations that wish to provide an extra layer of guidance to their management team.
